Blog Process/Program

The four Rs:
Research & reading.
Reporting: get a clear QNQS Post online.
Revision: add value to information.
Run the program: test & debug steps.

Research process:
1. Copy highlighted information onto the blog as a QNQS Draft.
2. Footnote it.
3. Include Unique key and first and last revision dates at bottom of post.

Input … information, anything from a quote to an earlier version of a blog post.

Reporting Process:

Output: a clear focused statement of the quote applied to my life. It is free from grammatical errors and provides information like a newspaper article, hence the reporter designation. I am reporting facts.

Process.
1. Reshape information into the QNQS Template.
2. Include Unique key and first and last revision dates at bottom of post.
3. Read over what I have. Correct any spelling or grammatical errors. (Grammarly).
4. Footnote quotes in Source section.
5. Clean up errors from dictation.
6. Post.

Revision Process
Input: An existing blog post.
1. Read over what I have. Correct any spelling or grammatical errors. (Grammarly).
2. Ask and answer Monroe questions.
3. Ask and answer other question sets.
4. List thesis sentences.
5. Query Evernote context for additional info.
6. Query Google for additional information.
7. Expand thesis statements to paragraphs.
8. Extend the Application to my life to work out a detailed list of steps. Each step is a separate paragraph which can be one or more sentences of explanation.
9. WOOP the application.
10. Footnote additional resources found.
11. Add a good photo; give credit.
12. Provide links to my posts, my blogs.
13. Provide other SEO improvements.
14. Update post.

Run the program
Input: An existing blog post.
1. Add additional information – experiences, stories, other quotes, etc. – in the comments and footnote it.

ANNUAL REVISION:
Input: An existing blog post.
1. Revise again, possibly incorporating info from the comments.
