Follow the WOE (Way Of Eating) rules for each day.
– Fast: no carbs. No sweetener.
– Keto: few carbs.
– Feast – no rules. Don’t pig out.
Keep a food diary
Minimize processed food and carbs; eat real food.
Veggies every day.
No food between meals or after 7 pm.

MRS
Research, report, revise, run the program.
As went the bedtime, so goes the morning.
Emotional problems need an emotional response.
Don’t push honest communication; no pearls cast.
