Wish #1. Diabetes & Blood sugar in normal zones by controlling what I eat.
Outcomes: lower glucose levels lead to lower insulin levels which lead to lower weight set point levels

Rules:
Limit carbs/sugar/fructose today
Varady as foundation for fasting
Add in Fung features: 24/36/42.
– No artificial sweeteners.
– Fung food rules.

ONE THING: Health: fast 3x week, 24 or 36 hours, MWF or TTS.

Regimen clarification: Varady now as foundation, 880 calories for strict day supper; clarify Fung and upgrade later with Fung additions. Post to blog.
